Stephen Passy, President and Founder, has over thirty-two
years of experience in the industry. He was Vice President of the Construction
and Trucking Division of Max Rouse & Sons, Inc. where he oversaw a national
and international staff of salesman, auctioneers, appraisers and support
personnel. During his tenure at Max Rouse & Sons, Inc. Stephen was involved
in over 3 billion dollars in auction sales around the globe. These auctions
included Interstate Freight Systems, ANR Freight Systems and Murphy Trucking.
Stephen formed an auction and appraisal firm in 1991, conducting auction
sales in the Western United States. This company attained gross sales receipts
in excess of 60 million dollars. The firm also performed appraisals for
banks, finance companies and many construction companies. The scope of these
appraisal projects included companies with assets that had an auction value
of over sixty five million dollars.
In 1997 Stephen was hired by Forke Auctioneers - Lincoln, Nebraska, and
took on the task of developing a thirteen state sagging and under performing
division. In less than three years Stephen's efforts produced annual gross
revenues of $59,000,000. and during this period Forke Auctioneers realized
the highest net profit single transaction in its 78-year history.
On April 1, 1999 Forke closed its doors and Stephen reactivated the company
he founded in 1991 - Stephen Passy & Associates, Inc. This firm specializes
in the auctioning and appraising of construction equipment, cranes, trucks & trailers,
mining equipment, crushing & aggregate equipment, etc. In its first
twenty months of operation Stephen Passy & Associates, Inc. produced
gross revenue in excess of 55 million dollars. |

Chris Ingagiola, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been
in the business over twenty years. He has an Accounting Degree from Northwood
University. He has a diverse background in Construction/Heavy Equipment
auctions and liquidations, as well as numerous years of experience in
Industrial Machine Shop and Trucking auctions. He has coordinated multiple
day auction sales involving thousands of lots. He is well versed in UCC
law, bankruptcy and creditor workouts as well as the laws relating to

Larry Brandenburg, Vice President-Auctioneer, started
in the auction business with Miller & Miller in 1977. He has served
in all phases of the business from Make Ready - Auction Site Superintendent
to Regional Supervisor. After working with Miller & Miller & Forke
Auctioneers Larry accepted a position with Stephen Passy & Associates
in March of 2000.

Don Duncan, Sales Manager, started in the business in
1980 with Miller & Miller as a Make Ready/Site Superintendent and after
several years progressed to a Regional Sales position. When Forke acquired
Miller & Miller, Don took a position with another major auction company.
In July of 2000 he came on board with Stephen Passy & Associates, Inc

Monte Garner, Sale Representative, started in the auction
business with Miller & Miller as Regional Manager in 1980. Monte continued
his employment with Forke Bros. as Regional Manager when they bought out
Miller & Miller in April 1995. After working for Ritchie Bros.
as Area Manager from 1999 to 2004 Monte accepted a position with Stephen
Passy & Associates in November of 2004.

Tim Probert, Sales Coordinator, Tim has been in Construction
Equipment Sales for 25 years. He started with Murrell Case in 1979. In 1984
he joined Victor L. Phillips Company. For the past six years Tim has been
covering outside sales in the South Central Missouri area. Tim accepted
employment with Stephen Passy & Associates in May of 2005.
